Information Exchange

Facilitate the exchange of information among members of the Association through different mechanisms, recognizing the growing international activity in insurance markets and the importance of mutual cooperation among supervisory authorities, as a means to improve the task of supervising and enforcing compliance with the legislations of their respective countries;
Implement the Multilateral Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation and Exchange of Information of ASSAL, in force since 2011;
Facilitate cooperation agreements between ASSAL and other international organizations;
Support the work of the Association by promoting the circulation of consultations, questionnaires, surveys, reports and other mechanisms that improve the level of information among ASSAL members.
