From November 28 to 30, 2016, the IAIS-ASSAL Regional Training Seminar for Insurance Supervisors in Latin America will be held, organized by the Superintendencia General de Seguros de Costa Rica (SUGESE), the Association of Latin American Insurance Supervisors (ASSAL), and with the support of the International Association of Insurance Supervisors (IAIS).

Additionally, the Dirección General de Seguros y Fondos de Pensiones (DGSF), Ministry of Economy of Spain, is organizing the Mapfre Group Supervisors’ Meeting, which will take place after the seminar, from December 1 to 2.

Finally, on December 1, the 8th Consultation Forum on Microinsurance Regulation, titled “Opportunities and Challenges of Alternative Distribution Channels”, will be held, organized by A2ii, MIN, IAIS, and SUGESE.
