XXXIII ASSAL Annual Assembly

On April 29, the XXXIII Ordinary Annual Assembly of ASSAL was held virtually, bringing together the Association’s highest insurance regulatory authorities. During this meeting, the Annual Report, the Association’s financial statements, and the report of the Accounts Review Committee were presented for discussion and approval.

Likewise, the Working Group reports and the activities carried out by the Association corresponding to the year 2021 were reviewed. Additionally, the Assembly proceeded to ratify the agreements reached in the 2020 and 2021 Assemblies, which included: the approval of the Annual Report and the corresponding financial statements for 2019 and 2020; and the election of the Board of Directors, the Accounts Review Committee, and the Disciplinary Tribunal for the 2021–2023 term.
