This Working Group has the following mandate:

1. Identify the concerns of member countries, to create a proactive agenda that addresses the issues of greatest concern in view of the training events organized by the ASSAL Executive Secretariat;

2. Enable the evaluation and detection of topics of interest through analysis, questionnaires, consultations and proposals from members;

3. Act as a facilitator to gather and analyze learning/training demands from its members.
