ASSAL standards are documents with general criteria on technical matters that have been worked on by the Working Groups, whose objective is to provide Insurance Supervisors with Principles of International Application in Insurance matters, as well as recommendations for the region.
Supervisory systems and insurance practices must be continually updated to cope with these developments.
