This Working Group is mandated to:

1. Support members’ efforts to implement supervisory material by promoting adherence to IAIS standards, providing guidance on supervisory practices, promoting supervisory information sharing and cooperation, and developing supervisory capacity.

2. Support supervisory exchange on best practices, implementation-related challenges and emerging issues affecting supervisors where such subject matter is not addressed by an existing working group.

3. Enhance capacity building activities for members.

4. Carry out other tasks as requested by the General Assembly.
